Rogério Sganzerla

Biography

Born in 1946 in Joaçaba, Brazil, and passed away in 2004. He was a movie critic for São Paulo’s O Estado. In addition to the features included in this retrospective, he directed such short and medium-lenght films as Documentário (1967), Noel por Noel (1980) and A linguagem de Orson Welles (1990), and plays as O Belo Indiferente and A Maja Desnuda. In 2003, he was given the Cultural Merit Order of Brazil.
