Harun Farocki

Biography

He was born in 1944 in Sudetenland, former Czechoslovakia. He studied Film in Berlin and taught in several universities. In 2003 the Festival held a focus of his work that included The Inextinguishable Fire (1969) and Videogram of a Revolution (1992), among other films. In Comparison was screened at Bafici ’09.
