Ayar Blasco

Biography

Born in Buenos Aires in 1975. He studied Film Animation in the IDAC of Avellaneda. He’s a screenwriter, cartoonist and illustrator. He founded the production company Malcriados, whose film Mercano, the Martian (2001) won the Silver Condor 2002 as best animated feature. The Sun (2010), his first feature film, premiered this year at Rotterdam.
