Synopsis
Like a sort of artisan moving against the current of contemporary found footage, Uruguayan filmmaker Uzi Sabah still bets on the purest and most radically physical side of film recycling. In this case, a music video for the Montevideo-based band La Foca, which triggers a montage of family travel movies in Super 8 that far from “illustrating” or “derailing” the lyrics of the title’s song, it suggests a quite simple and engaging relationship with them.
