Kim Longinotto

Born in London, England, in 1952, she studied camera and direction at the National School of Film and Television. She directed many documentaries, among them Divorce Iranian Style (1998; co-directed with Ziba Mir-Hosseini), The Day I Will Never Forget (2003), Sisters in Law (2005), Hold Me Tight, Let Me Go (2007; Bafici ‘08) and Rough Aunties (2008; Bafici ‘09).
