Thom Andersen

Born in 1943 in Chicago, USA, he studied Film at the USC Cinematic Arts School and currently teaches Film Theory and History at CalArts. He directed the documentaries Melting (1965), Eadweard Muybridge, Zoopraxographer (1974) and Los Angeles Plays Itself (2003), among others also included in the retrospective of his work held in Bafici ’04.
