Synopsis
Within their differentiated nature this three short films by Yaccelini make for a possible definition of an expanding film universe. In Single –Un ejercicio incompleto– the camera portraits rower Alberto Demidi, and the film’s initial intention of making a fictional story crumbles before Demidi’s inscrutability during the shoot, turning it into a documentary about the comings and goings of creative process. Shot during his sophomore year at the La Plata Film School, Señor personalidad takes only a few minutes to narrate the decisive moment of sexual awakening according to three teenagers who are sitting by the door of a neighborhood club.
