Synopsis
A notebook about the filmmaker’s stay in the Eslava pension in Pamplona’s old quarter, from March 20th to April 11th, 2010. Notes on Ephemeral is filmed in the same way we live our lives: without ever going back, with no changes, assuming mistakes, catching a glimpse of fleeing lives that come and go in our way, like taking notes on the inexorable passing of time; and capturing also cinema’s impossibility to transcend the barrier of the obvious.
