Thomas Imbach

Born in Lucerne, Switzerland, in 1962, he studied History and Philosophy in Basel. He directed his own production company, Bachim Film, until 2007, when he founded Okofilm with Andrea Staka. Apart from Day Is Done and the films screened at this edition’s focus on his work, he directed Schlachtzeichen (1988), Restlessness (1991), Ghetto (1997), Nano-babies (1998) and happy too (2002).
