Alejandra Sánchez

She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, in 1973. She graduated in Communication at the Metropolitan Autonomous University and in Film at the CUEC. She directed many short films, including Ni una más (2000) and Te apuesto y te gano (2002), as well as the documentary feature Bajo Juárez: The City Devouring Its Daughters (2006; co-directed with José A. Cordero).
