Julio Cesar Otero Mancini

Born in 1946, since 1964 he has had an extensive career in audiovisual media. His work in that area and his research on sound at the Di Tella Institute opened up to film first, and to
video later. In both mediums, the expression of his particular view of man and things are reflected in a long list of works.
