Synopsis

Young arrogant Mitchell Haven won’t allow anything to come between him and the realization of what he’s convinced that will be his new master piece: a film based on the tragic (real) affaire between a North Carolina politician and a woman in his staff, which ended up with a frustrated criminal plot, a dead police officer, and the suicide of both lovers. What Haven doesn’t realize soon

enough is that once he goes deep into the darkness of the story there’s no turning back: in the very moment he decides to give the lead role to that unknown actress who oozes mystery and danger, he is thrown into the painful path of emotional destruction.
