Synopsis
Apart from the big events featured in these previous films, the third part captures other original, incomplete, and occasionally ephemeral ones that also take place. Many sectors of the population –and particularly the low-class segments– organize and launch a series of collective initiatives –community markets, industrial belts, peasant committees, etc– as a way to neutralize chaos and support Allende. These institutions –most of them spontaneous– represent a “state” inside the State.
