Justin Kurzel

He was born in Gawler, Australia, in 1974 and trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts. He also studied Filmmaking at the Victorian University of Arts, where he presented his graduation assignment, the short film Blue Tongue (2005). Snowtown is his first film.
