Eduardo Coutinho

He was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1933. He studied at the Institute des Hautes Etudes Cinematographiques in Paris and directed the films Twenty Years Later (1964-1984), Santa Marta: Duas Semanas no Morro (1987), Boca de Lixo (1992), Edifício Master (2002; Bafici ‘03), Peões (2004) and Playing (2007; Bafici ‘08), among others.
