Synopsis
Two women who went to school together in Armenia reunite after more than twenty years. The lives of Ana Arzoumanian and Adriana Kalaidjian followed different paths, and now the cross again when they start a dialogue that will structure the film and also go through their lives and the family and historical events that surrounded and marked them: Armenian genocide, their identity, the military dictatorship, their relations with others. If you think it’s not possible to make a powerful cinematographic piece based on two people talking, you should see this film and be surprised by the result. Gripping and revealing, the film’s personal tone becomes universal in the bodies and words of these two women. Armenia and Argentina. The Triple A and Ararat. Ana and Adriana. One single letter hides several meanings, and one single film does the same with the stories of two lives and two countries.
