Diana Bustamante

Bio

She began her career as a documentary producer and director, with films like Oposición-fusión (2006). In 2007 she founded the company Ciudad Lunar Producciones, through which she produced Ciro Guerra’s Los viajes del viento (2009), and Crab Trap, the first film by Oscar Ruiz Navia, awarded at the Berlinale and screened in Bafici ‘10. In 2009 she founded the company Burning Blue, through which she co-directed La playa and produced William Vega’s La sirga. For the last 4 years, she has been the head of the film department in Caracol Television.
