Bio
He was born in Buenos Aires in 1980, and studied at the University of Film (FUC) where he directed various short films. In 2004, in co-direction with Alejandro Fadel, Martin Mauregui and Juan Schnitman, he made the feature film El amor (primera parte). He co-wrote the scripts of Leonera and Carancho, both by Pablo Trapero, and he has written scripts together with Israel Caestano and Walter Salles, among other directors. In 2011 he founded the production company La Union de los Rios, through which he produced his first feature length film El estudiante which won awards at the festivals of Locarno, Gijon, Buenos Aires and Cartagena, among others.
