Tetsuo Hirakawa

He was born in Japan in 1979. He worked for the animation studio Madhouse, where he contributed to productions like The Animatrix (2003), The Place Promised in Our Early Days (2004), The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006), Summer Days with Coo (2007) and Detroit Metal City (2008). Light of the River is his directorial debut.
