Born in USA in 1964, he was a child actor (in 1978 he starred in Junior High School with Paula Abdul) and later studied Film. His thesis project Death in Venice, CA (1994), won the AFI’s Franklin J. Schaffner Award. He later directed Straight Right (2000), and the TV series Desire and Wicked Wicked Games.
