Bio

A Physics major from the Technical University of Vienna, he’s the main film critic of the Austrian newspaper Die Presse. He writes the program notes for the Austrian Film Museum and works as the European editor of the Canadian magazine Cinema Scope. He contributes to several magazines, websites, and film books. He has curated several film programs. The last one was a program of classic Finnish films for the Ljubljana International Film Festival, organized with the other members of the “Ferroni Brigade”: Olaf Möller and Barbara Wurm.
