Hugo Chávez’s speech about George W. Bush being the devil is heard from a TV set. Several kids open their presents. All the packages contain action figures like G.I. Joe....but they’re all figures of Hugo Chávez. He’s wearing his military uniform, the Venezuelan ceremonial sash, and other recognizable attributes. This entertaining and extremely short film distances itself from fanatic interpretations and decides the first thing to do is to return to the intelligence of comedy and the reasonable seriousness of the children’s view.
