12 April 2013
Shepherds’ Journey into the Third Millennium is a documentary that shows the everyday rural work done by shepherds in the irregular Swiss alpine landscape, a habit that hasn’t changed much from the Middle Ages until now. This film, which dates back to 2002, is a specially elaborated piece, part of a trilogy created by Swiss director Erich Langjahr, a major name among a generation of filmmakers representing the “new” Helvetian cinema. There are screenings scheduled for Sunday 14 at 11 a.m. and Thursday 18 at 11.20 a.m. at the Village Recoleta Mall. Tickets can be purchased on this website or in person at the box office of the movie complex, on the ground floor, from noon onwards.
