Bio

Born in Vienna, Austria, in 1965, she works as a journalist for the newspaper Kurier. She collaborated with Ulrich Seidl in the scripts for documentary and fiction films, including Dog Days (2001), Import/Export (2007; Bafici ‘08) and the Paradise trilogy, programmed in this Festival. Her directorial debut, the documentary Kern (co-directed with Severin Fiala) is also programmed in this edition of Bafici. She’s currently working on her next project, a feature-length fiction film.
