Fabián Castellani

Fabián Castellani is the director of La Rueda de los Deseos independent theater group which presented several plays in Mendoza in 2001. He is a founding member of Argonautas, Centro de Investigación y Experimentación Teatral, which has been working in that city ever since. La Rueda de los Deseos is responsible for the Argonautas project management, production and continuity and offers the community an arts library and video repository, artistic education workshops and plays in which theatrical research and experimentation is privileged. From their beginnings, the group prioritizes two lines of work: on the one hand, the search for new stage techniques and aesthetics and on the other, audience education by using streets, squares and schools as stages to reach all those who do not visit theaters.
