Beatriz Catani

Beatriz Catani is a playwright and director, Bachelor Degree in History, Professor and researcher at Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Her works comprise: Insomnia (Insomnio), Finals (Finales), Wrapped-up in Flags Bodies (Cuerpos abanderados), Rumanian Deer Eyes (Ojos de ciervo rumano), Félix María from 2 to 4 (Félix María de 2 a 4), Every July 8th (Los 8 de julio) and The Dead Ones (Los muertos, together with Mariano Pensotti); she’s been awarded several prizes. She’s published in her country, Germany and Spain and her texts have been translated into English, French, Flemish and German. For ClassicProyect she works with the author and director Quico García.
