Jorge Dubatti

Bio

He is a historian, theater critic and university teacher. He holds a PhD in History and Arts Theory from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and is Assistant Professor of History of World Theater. He directs the Escuela de Espectadores de Buenos Aires and is part of the Cátedra Itinerante de la Escena Latinoamericana. He is author of the books Filosofía del Teatro I. Convivio, experiencia, subjetividad; Cartografía teatral. Introducción al Teatro Comparado; Concepciones de teatro. Poéticas teatrales y bases epistemológicas; Filosofía del Teatro II. Cuerpo poético y función ontológica; and Dramaturgia, del Centenario al Bicentenario. Metáforas de la Argentina en veinte piezas teatrales.
