Description

A university youngsters group is preparing a research work on Leonardo da Vinci. As students look for information in books, they get immersed into the Leonardian universe and almost without noticing it, they get involved in the Renaissance genius topics, thoughts, production and personality traits; everything discovered turns into great visual scenes amidst poetical and disturbing expressive content. Objects Theater and Circus get combined with animated illustrations executed in real time and with live music inspired by the historical period melodies. Leonardo aims at renovating the spectator’s curiosity on this iconic figure of the Human History while it invites the audience to perform a visit at the Renaissance artistic secrets and science by plunging into the XV century questions and feelings as well as travelling through a unique character’s mental twists and turns.
