Biography

Saxophonist Luis Nacht was born in Buenos Aires in 1959. In the late ‘70s, he moved to Mexico and returned ten years later. He has recorded and played with Pepi Taveira, Pablo Bobrowicky, Mariano Iannaccone, Carlo Actis Dato, John Crawford, Ernesto Jodos, Enrique Norris, Oscar Giunta, Rodrigo Domínguez, Fernando Tarrés, Lucía Pulido and Sergio Verdinelli, among others. He was awarded Best New Jazz Artist (Clarín, 2001). In 2002, he performed at the Jamboree and the Nova Jazz Cava Terrassa in Catalonia. His albums are Nacht Musik (BAU), El cuento del tío, El presente, Las nubes, Nacht Mood (BAU) and Lo invisible.
