THE CLASSROOM

This educational space, which started in the BAJ.09, has been growing stronger every year and has an expanded program of activities in 2012: master classes, clinics, a one-on-one talk with Ralph Towner and the already classic singing workshop – coordinated by the talented Roxana Amed – this year conducted by Judy Niemack, great educator and consummate performer of traditional jazz songs. The BAJ continues its strong commitment to musical education. In a city where more and more young people study and play jazz, this Festival wants to bear witness to this phenomenon.
