Orquesta Típica Sub 25's biography

A new generation of tango musicians – notable interpreters of tradition as well as the voice of new repertoires – is becoming established in the current scene. A group of young talents responded to the invitation to be lined up in a new ensemble. And so the Orquesta Típica Sub 25 was created, composed of Agustín Guerrero (piano), Lautaro Greco, Nicolás Enrich, Santiago Segret and Alejandro Perrone (bandoneons), Laura Grandellis, José Gelos, Julieta Nulchis (violins), Sofía Rojas (viola) and Joaquín Duva (double bass), among others. Directed by Pablo Agri, this brand new orchestra has another promising feature: a program dedicated to the works by contemporary composers, with previously unheard pieces and music created for this ensemble.
