Elsa and Julio have always stood out for their elegance, pauses, musicality and connection with the art of milonga dancing. Julio was the founder of the milonga club Sin Rumbo, and together they generally teach at CCC Teatro 25 de Mayo, in the heart of Villa Urquiza.
