Biography / Synopsis
Historia de la fonografía's biography

A conversation with two masters of recording techniques: Jorge “Portugués” Da Silva and Osvaldo Acedo. They started out in the ‘60s and have recorded the music of major Argentine artists at different studios. Acedo is a synonym for Estudios ION, where he entered in 1960; his historic recordings include pieces such as the little opera “María de Buenos Aires.” Da Silva made his debut in 1969, recording with Alberto Castillo, and today is regarded as an icon among musicians. Coordinator: Gabriel Soria.
