In the last editions of the Festival, the crossover of salon tango and electronic music has become a protagonist of the ever-thriving contemporary scene. In its 21st-century hybridization, tango continues to mix with other cultures and urban rhythms that provide new grooves and have taken tango to the dance floor of major capitals. With such cosmopolitan atmosphere, the main venue of the Festival will host a grand party with DJs playing the sounds of the typical orchestras, hip hop, drum’n bass and electrotango beats. The ensemble Otros Aires will perform their new material; there will be a set by DJ Inca; and for a grand finale, the artistic collective Zizek with its crew led by Villa Diamante, will deliver a special set of Gotan Project Remix.
