Máximo Pujol Trío's biography

Tango, milonga, waltz and candombe – this is the focus of the band led by guitarist and composer Máximo Pujol, who offers a new take on the colors, forms and beat of Buenos Aires. Created in 2010, the trio is completed by Eleonora Ferreyra (bandoneon) and Daniel Falasca (double bass), stimulating the interplay between the three most iconic instruments of tango. A teacher at the Manuel de Falla Music Conservatory for over fifteen years, Pujol has released several albums and toured extensively around the world. He has shared the stage with José Colángelo, Héctor Stamponi, Horacio Ferrer, Jorge Sobral and Rubén Juárez.
