Adriana Varela presenta Clásicos's biography

Since the legendary nights with Roberto Goyeneche at Café Homero towards the late 1980s, Adriana Varela has always carefully chosen her repertoire and been on the lookout for current urban-music lyricists. This show reflects in some way her passion for them: she will render songs by Cadícamo, Manzi, Expósito, Le Pera and Contursi as well as by the contemporary Joaquín Sabina, Jaime Roos, Fito Páez and Gustavo Cordera. So song titles such as “Yuyo verde” and “Corrientes y Esmeralda” will coexist with others like “Tumbas de la gloria” and “Al olor del hogar.” The singer will be accompanied by Horacio Avilano (guitar), Walter Castro (bandoneon) and Marcelo Macri (piano and musical direction).
