Three Argentine movies in the International Official Selection

Tres películas argentinas en la Selección Oficial Internacional

The film "Lo que más quiero" by Delfina Castagnino, the documentary "El ambulante" (picture) by Eduardo de la Serna, Lucas Marcheggiano and Adriana Yurcovich and "Centro" by Sebastian Martinez are the Argentine representatives in the highly competitive grid of the International Official Selection of BAFICI. These three films are first works of young filmmakers who live, from today, a kind of materialized dream: participating as main characters of one of the most important independent film festivals in the world.

“Lo que más quiero", set in the beautiful natural landscape of Bariloche, in Patagonia, portrays the swings in the lives of two friends. It will be screened for the first time this Monday 12/04 at 11PM in the Hoyts Abasto 9. "El ambulante" situates Daniel Burmeister, a curious character of the deep Argentina, in the center of the scene. It will be screened for the first time in the Festival this Saturday 10/04 at 11PM in the Hoyts 5. Finally, "Centro", also a documentary, explores the soul of a densely busy area in Buenos Aires, each day passed by thousands and thousands of people. The first screening of this film will be on Wednesday 14/04 at 8.30PM in the Hoyts 9.
