Markus Schleinzer

Born in Vienna, Austria, in 1971, he worked as a casting director between 1994 and 2010. During those years, he participated in more than sixty film including Jessica Hausner’s Lovely Rita, Hotel and Lourdes, Ulrich Seidl’s Dog Days and Michael Haneke’s The Piano Teacher, Time of the Wolf and The White Ribbon. Michael is his directorial debut.
