So Yong Kim

She was born in Pusan, South Korea, in 1968. She trained in arts, performance, and video art at the Chicago Art Institute, and debuted as a filmmaker with In Beetween Days (2006; Best Film in the International Competition at Bafici ‘07). She also directed Treeless Mountain (2008) and Chinatown Film Project (2009).
