Alain Cavalier

He was born in Vendome, France, in 1931 and studied at the Paris Institute des Hautes Etudes Cinematographiques. He directed The Unvanquished (1964), Heartbeat (1968), Libera me (1993), La Rencontre (1996) and René (2002), among others.
