Synopsis

You are not born a woman, you become onEdición: Las segundas is an essay-short that addresses the female condition, a small narration built with archive footage and sounds that aims to produce –indirectly– a steady reflection on the immediate nature of cinematographic forms. Simone de Beauvoir’s testimony guides this proposal which aims to highlight the fact that women are human beings in every way, just like a man.
