Synopsis
The first years of adolescence are probably the toughest ones in the life of a person. Indeed they are for 13 year-old Dixie who has a Goth passion for dark clothes and strong-colored make up. The context helps: she lives in a huge dark mansion alone with Ricardo, her dad, whose job is to arrange dead bodies and make them look presentable before they would enjoy their eternal rest. Making friends and meeting boys is complicated in that context, and things will get tougher when she accidentally crosses over to the world of the dead and no finds herself caught into an adventure with mummy girls, pirate kids, vampires, and all kinds of zombies while trying to get back to the world of mortals. Influenced by Tim Burton, the directors make the most out of that universe and give an Ibero-American twist to digital animation with this funny Spanish-speaking adventure that features original and very lovable characters.
