He was born in 1972 and works as a producer in Rohfilm, an independent German production company with offices in Berlin and Leipzig. Founded in 2005 by Benny Drechsel and Karsten Stöter, Rohfilm develops and finances fiction and documentary film for the international art markets, specializing in stories with a strong cinematographic conviction, and in the discovery and promotion of filmmakers with distinctive talent.
