Peter Brook

He was born in 1925 in London, England, and moved to France in the Seventies. A pioneer and a legend of British experimental theater, he debuted in cinema with The Beggar’s Opera (1953). He made several other films, including Moderato cantabile (1960), Lord of the Flies (1963), Marat-Sade (1966) and The Tragedy of Hamlet (2002).
