When I was a child, and had to make a wish, it was always the same: to get to know the other side of my family, living in Italy. Imitating my Italian grandmother, I wrote tens of letter to these people I did not know, telling them about my daily life in the city I was born. This is a letter, from Chile to Italy, in a final attempt to recover an old family ritual. TP
