Debarre and Beier, what a duo

Debarre y Beier, un dúo dinámico

Guitarist Angelo Debarre and accordionist Ludovic Beier will be the stars of one of the great nights of the Buenos Aires Jazz.09, on Sunday 6 at 9pm at the exquisite Teatro 25 de Mayo in the neighbourhood of Villa Urquiza. This constitutes a unique opportunity to appreciate the musical combustion generated by this singular combination of the best of Django Reinhardt’s tradition and the fruitful gypsy musical legacy. Tickets for this show are already on sale from 10 Argentine pesos at www.festivales.gob.ar, or in person Monday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm at Casa de la Cultura (Av. De Mayo 575) and Teatro 25 de Mayo (Av. Triunvirato 4444).

Debarre and Beier, who will be visiting Buenos Aires for the first time, are two talented French musicians in love with music who, aided by the powerful rhythmic base provided by Tchavolo Hassan, give free rein to their virtuosity and the charm of the guitar-accordion combination. Sunday night promises a true and unique session of jazz manouche. Do not miss out!
