 Elefante's biography

The band Elefante was born three years ago. The band usually plays at Thelonious and at some others jazz clubs of Buenos Aires City. In 2008 the band opened the show The Bad Plus, at Niceto, and shared the stage with Escalandrum and Juan Cruz de Urquiza at Teatro de la Cova. Its first record bears the name of the band and was released in 2009. Elefante’s members are: Ingrid Feniger (sax), Gonzalo Rodríguez Vicente (tenor sax), Pablo Butelman (guitar), Miguel Marengo (piano), Juan Manuel Bayón (double-bass) and Andrés Elstein (drums).
