Biography
Saxophonist Luis Nacht was born in Buenos Aires in 1959. In the late ‘70s, he moved to Mexico and returned ten years later. He has recorded and played with Pepi Taveira, Pablo Bobrowicky, Mariano Iannaccone, Carlo Actis Dato, John Crawford, Ernesto Jodos, Enrique Norris, Oscar Giunta, Rodrigo Domínguez, Fernando Tarrés, Lucía Pulido and Sergio Verdinelli, among others. He was awarded Best New Jazz Artist (Clarín, 2001). In 2002, he performed at the Jamboree and Nova Jazz Cava Terrassa in Catalonia. Nacht Musik (BAU) was his first album, followed by El cuento del tío, El presente, Las nubes and Nacht Mood (BAU).
