Juanjo Domínguez

Tango guitarist Juanjo Domínguez achieved international recognition as virtuous guitar player in all music genres. He made his debut in Channel 7 when he was 8 years old, accompanying the poet Jaime Dávalos. Over the years he recorded 130 albums accompanying, among others, Ruben Juarez, Hugo Marcel, Alberto Morán, Alberto Echagüe, María Graña, Alberto Podestá, Virginia Luque and Roberto Goyeneche, demonstrating that the instrumental accompaniment is a complete art. In 40 years of solo artist career he has recorded more than 20 albums and toured the United States 9 times, Japan 11 times, all of Europe, Turkey, China, Costa Rica, Chile and Brazil. He currently continues his performances leading the Juanjo Trio, formed by Majo Sandeel, Beto Solas and Juanjo Domínguez. Sin red is the title of his last tango album, released in 2009.
