Biography / Synopsis
Daniel Binelli - Polly Ferman - Eduardo Isaac Trío's biography
It is not usual for this trio formed by Daniel Binelli (concertina), Polly Ferman (piano) and Eduardo Isaac (guitar) to perform in Buenos Aires. They spend most of the year traveling and performing through Latin America, the United States and Europe. With more than a decade of concerts, it originated as a duet formed by Binelli and Ferman. In 1997 they recorded the album Doble concierto para bandoneón y guitarra with music by Astor Piazzolla. From this moment, calls came one after the other: they performed solo with several symphonic orchestras such as the one from San Francisco, under the direction of JoAnn Falletta, and recorded with the Montevideo Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2004, the guitarist Eduardo Isaac joined the group and the trio was established. They have an edited album: New tango vision. It is the encounter of three musicians with well a known career in tango. Binelli, who was part of the concertina row of the Osvaldo Pugliese orchestra for fourteen years and was a member of the Astor Piazzolla sextet, is one of the great solo artists of his generation.
